And the packaging on every single one tries to get your attention by telling you how convenient and healthy they are. But, look at the ingredients list and you’ll see a very different story. Now, it’s clearly not the same thing as handing your child a candy bar before school, but you’d be surprised how much sugar is in all of these supposedly healthy options. That’s not what we want our kids having (and we suspect you feel the same), so we decided to put together this list of DIY breakfast cereal bars.
